I am very surprised about your age indication – I would have almost sworn you were born in 1986 (from which, traditionally here, the princesses on the pea are recruited). Apart from the brick cladding – money that would seem better invested in the size of the house here – your thread strongly reminds me of by :) The floor plans look as if fate had befallen them, having been faultlessly functional in the original version but then having been subjected to eighteen and a half rounds of optimization. On the one hand, you can see details that indicate the stage of execution plans had already been reached. On the other hand, there are change requests that should have been clarified in the preliminary design phase. As a child, I would immediately seek to escape after finishing my apprenticeship here, and the pull-down staircase could hardly have been planned more unfavorably. As I said, to the trained eye it smells from ten miles against the wind of the original catalog design of an Anstattvilla, butchered by three apocalyptic horsemen: a female builder, a general contractor’s lackey, and too many rounds of optimization attempts – as Melanie Safka put it: look what they´ve done to my Song :-(

Any that allows for more photovoltaic modules. A classic gable roof, a shed roof, or even a flat roof. Hip and pyramid roofs just have small contiguous surfaces. Unfortunately, you can get very little photovoltaic on them (compared to other options).

I read here the desire to build a city villa with an affordable general contractor without much fuss. I read gas, and the consumption for 3 people. You don't need to come up with extravagances now.
