Cistern directly on construction road - risk of damage?

Keep in mind that a cistern is not the same as a infiltration trench, and with three cubic meters I would frankly consider it more symbolic than an underground rain barrel (which could easily have been drained dry with two gardens this summer). Sorry, but thanks to the standard for cisterns in this forum is pretty high.

That doesn't mean I haven't buried another one somewhere... by the way, the garden was pretty green before the demolition – and all summer long. Nobody watered or even tapped the cistern...
