Hello,
During the planning phase, I looked at a shed roof house with very high rooms on the upper floor. Whether 3.50 or even higher, I don’t remember. On the outside above the windows, there was a fixed wooden level on which the bed stood, with some space around the “normal” bed. Access was via a space-saving staircase or a spiral staircase. The height underneath was about 2 meters and fully usable, since the construction, except for the staircase, was completely anchored in the walls, if I’m not mistaken.
I suspect that with 3.50 m overall, the height might be a bit tight, but maybe it’s an idea.
