Hello,
I signed a loan agreement for the purchase of an old building in January. However, the loan will not be disbursed until July.
Now I would like to simply buy the kitchen in installments, as it can be financed at 0%, which would naturally result in a Schufa entry before the loan is disbursed. Could this cause any problems or not?
Furthermore, during the financing period we would of course want to have children at some point, my wife would then be absent for a total of 2 years, which would reduce our household net income. We have, of course, taken this into account and can still pay all installments, but this does change our financial situation at least for a certain period of time, could this possibly lead to additional collateral being required by the bank?
