Ceiling plaster in the kitchen is partially peeling off easily + slight discoloration.

Hello Steven. So, I have now taken a closer look at the ceilings again. It looks like painting fleece that has been painted over.

But: I have a large "bubble" under the fleece at one spot on the ceiling (near the wall). You can't see it from a distance at all. It is about 10x8 cm in size and about 0.5 cm "high". I have not popped this bubble... It sounds hollow underneath. The painting fleece is probably detaching from the ceiling. But only in one spot. In another spot, I have slightly yellowish small spots. No bubble.

Really strange. The bubble thing does surprise me. But it feels dry. I also have no problems with moisture or mold.

Hi, as I said, I also have that (Blase - keine Flecken). I assume that the plaster on the surface did not set properly there or that dust was firmly stuck, and the painter's fleece does not stick properly because of that. I was briefly annoyed and then didn't think about it anymore.
