Basically, it is to be viewed positively. A ceiling height of 2.50m in a spacious single-family home with large rooms definitely means a price reduction, as it then does not fit the house (it feels oppressive). In a terraced house, it would be normal.
How high do you estimate the price reduction?
2. Please don’t change so much anymore. You remind me a bit of the robber who, just before the deadline, also adjusted things and then, for example, after the increase, the lintels no longer fit...
Which robber do you mean?
I currently live in a new apartment with a ceiling height of 2.5m. We have an 11m long living and dining area. Personally, the 2.5m does not bother me. But a house of one’s own is something else. There you want to do everything right. Especially regarding the resale value, I find it interesting too. I would be curious what most people build. I could only change it now for a fee. I don’t know if it’s worth it. I’ve already stretched the budget with the general contractor anyway.
