Ceiling height increase adds value? Until when is it possible to change the height?

I hope there will be this one buyer. But of course I want to have as many interested parties as possible. For now, I am primarily building for myself. But it’s good to know that a finished ground floor height of 2.55m is not below standard, especially when I even read about 2.4m here. The location is good. The plot alone was also very expensive. Maybe I should rather invest the money saved into the interior fittings.

If this is really true, that would be very cheap. Keep it warm for you. I’ve been following the thread from the beginning but don’t remember who you’re building with? Local general contractor?
