Good day everyone,
the house was built with bricks 14 years ago; we bought it recently. About 4 years ago, a small wall, also made of bricks, was added. This was only plastered half a year ago. Now, after a few cold days, the cracks appear. The wall stands on a concrete base, which probably, like the rest of the terrace, was built together with the house. How deep the base goes, I do not know. What could be the cause?
The cracks marked in red on the facade seem urgent to me; what is marked in blue is more of a cosmetic issue. It should be mentioned that the cracks only appear on the weather side. How should one correct the cracks? Even if we might not do it ourselves, we would still like to know. We want to be able to assess whether a craftsman we would hire is competent or just a hot air blower.
Thank you very much for tips!

Much more important, however, are the cracks in the facade:
