No, stolen :(

I also have 2 furryBREEDnoses and am quite sure that I wouldn’t see them again if they ever escaped from me. That’s why they have to make do with their television (window) ;)

Rhenish greetings

Yes, the risk always exists. I am afraid of that with mine too. All three look very purebred (2 of them actually are).

exactly - I assume that the fur monsters have grown just as close to your heart as my own have. Once they're gone, not even the chip in the neck helps :(

You haven’t seen our place yet ;) Catwalks, huge litter box coffin, raw food, etc. Unfortunately, I won’t be able to deny them outdoor access. Just two of the cats alone are true escape artists. Securing the garden with a cat net isn’t possible without huge costs either. We’ll see how we handle it when we’re at home. I’ve already considered having a corner of their ear clipped so they’re clearly identifiable as neutered and the breeding mafia won’t be interested.

Do you really think they will be stolen?

For most people, it’s just a cat and there are plenty available for free.

Moreover, purebred cats from breeders are given away neutered.

Making a garden or terrace escape-proof is not that easy and not that pretty.

I’m also considering securing the garden of the new house on the street side. But there’s a bit too much traffic. Although yesterday both cats refused to cross the street thanks to the detour.

It depends a lot on the regions. Where we are building, I am not so familiar with that. Years ago, there was a spot at my parents' place in Rostock where everything that looked nice disappeared. The police suspect criminal activities towards a breeding ring.
