Carpentry work / roofing work - Are these defects or not?

Hello,

1. In some slats, the slats at the headboard are split.

2. The attachment of the gutter in a designated spot is without fastening.

3. The underlay membranes are not glued.

4. The battens are missing at the edge and the ventilation grille.

5. No nail seal tape was applied under the counter battens.

Regarding point 5: that depends on the manufacturer's specifications of your roof tiles.... depending on the stress and roof pitch, a nail sealing tape is to be used or not.

If one is required according to these specifications and it is missing, that would already be a defect. However, since no one will redo the roof covering for such a reason, I would then reduce the price.

My experience with carpenters: The worst of all craftsmen! my theory: they all get too much sun.

It looks very sloppy, whether it has any effects cannot be said as a layperson.
