Yeah, no, of course :-) I'm just here to get information. The forum is really good for that.

In your opinion, you will have difficulties finding a bank that only processes the KFW program. The KFW always requires a house bank, and with KFW, they have less margin.

Yes, I see that that way now too. But a solution will be found.

Yes, the banks will not be clamoring for you. You are too well equipped with equity.

The concept for the investment must be established. The typical real estate investor wants to tie up only a little equity and instead have a large credit leverage. In this respect, it can even make a lot of sense not to want to pay everything in cash. But berny will have to give it some thought, possibly have people for that.

If I recall the thread from about photovoltaics - he could actually be the ideologue with a lot of money you mentioned ;).

Your plan should be feasible and legitimate. Morally possibly dubious (It would be somewhat like a multi-millionaire wanting to receive unemployment benefits – he would be entitled to it). Finding a bank that implements this could be difficult, as they hardly earn anything from the KfW loan. Contact your main bank where most of your installations are. They should be the most interested in helping you with this.
