I would carefully remove the floor again and replace the damaged plank. Even if it affects 2/3 of the entire area. Just number the boards and it will be fine. With a reasonably high-quality laminate, the click connections should not actually be damaged. When I moved last time, I took the laminate floor from the bedroom with me and reinstalled it in the new apartment, and you can't tell.
