Do you really need that? I have 3 unheated garages, one of which is a workshop (including circular saw, workbench, etc). When I work there in winter, I put on my fleece jacket and that works without any problems. I would save myself the effort or put in an electric fan if you are a frostbite.

Build a shed with solid 4cm thick wooden boards. Then insulate the walls very well with Styrofoam and cover them with thin boards. A small infrared heater with electricity is completely sufficient for you. I would never run a line from the house there.

When considering a wood stove idea, keep in mind the distance of the shed to the neighbor: boundary buildings are not allowed to contain any heating appliance!
