I have a question about the calculation of the story height... The general contractor is currently on summer vacation. Therefore, maybe someone can help here.

The plan says the following:

    [*]Top of finished floor = + 0.18 m
    [*]Top of raw floor = + 0.05 m
[*]Story height 2.76 m in raw condition
[*]Floating screed with underfloor heating construction 13 cm including 1 cm covering

So how high is the floor finally??? I would now say 2.76 m - 0.18 m = 2.58 m. Right?
If I want a different covering than in the offer, I have to calculate 12 cm screed + the floor covering. For example, with click parquet 12 cm + 1.35 cm + glue = approx. 13.4 cm.
Then the story height would be 2.76 m - 0.134 m = approx. 2.62 m

Is that correct????

I read this as "storey height clear," meaning the room height between the components floor and ceiling; and "raw" as without subtracting floor structure and ceiling plaster. A 12 cm floor structure unfinished would therefore result in 2.64 m clear height up to the raw ceiling, before floor covering. Room height. Storey height actually means the distance to the same height reference point on the next floor, and there I would always calculate from top edge raw floor to top edge raw floor, since the storeys can have different floor structures – for the stair builders it is of course always relevant from top edge finished floor to top edge finished floor.

Do you now want to know how tall your cabinets can be?

Before you calculate with individual centimeters, don’t forget the tolerances!

Exactly, it's about cabinets. That means I always start from about 2.64 m and then subtract the floor. Depending on which floor it will be, it will be more or less... I just didn't quite understand how they come to 18 cm. Assuming it will be glued parquet, I estimate that another 1.4 cm will be added to the 12 cm.

13 cm would be a very thin construction, though.

The underfloor heating is laid on an insulation layer made of Styrofoam, in our case the total construction is 17cm + floor covering. So you will end up somewhere around 2.58 or 2.57 m.
