Bypass building boundary through land extension instead of division

My plot is smaller. If your proportions are correct, that would of course be a great advantage.
Because of the orientation of the plot, I wouldn't build in the classic way but rather want to bring daylight in through the front and side. That's why the garages are detached from the house. (For me, it's usually a very claustrophobic feeling when everything is so cramped and squeezed together)

if the OP reveals the length of the plot, it is easier. I measured 32 m but that is rather inaccurate.

Of course, you can make the semi-detached house narrower and a bit longer. Then it looks a bit more open.

Such a project does require quite a bit of budget though.

I measured again. You are right. It is more like 27 m if the building envelope is 12 m.



I am then more likely at a CP instead of the garage.
