The thread starter with his conditions probably has a higher loan interest rate, at least not significantly lower. That's what I would guess, but of course it could be different.

A quick feedback again. I was at the real estate agent of the Sparkasse. The plot is fully developed and there is no time frame for construction. It is privately owned and sold through the agent. I will now have a financing meeting with an advisor from the Sparkasse next week. Let's see what he advises us. Although I already assume that we will not finance through the Sparkasse.
