So I also took a look at it. If I had the financial means, I wouldn't deal with building a house at all and would buy instead. Otherwise, no defects or other known issues?

Oh you are simply great. Thank you!!! I just wanted to post here anonymously. That worked out perfectly. I have to admit, it took a long time in life, but now it might work. For me personally, it would be pure luxury.
