To give feedback again; we got the house for a very good price, but the renovation costs have increased a little. Financing worked out without equity but with personal contribution.

Congratulations - may I ask how you went about searching for a bank?

Best regards

Thank you very much. So, first we approached a financing advisor, as well as inquired with 2 online banks and simultaneously with our local bank, which also sold the house, or through which the previous owner sold the house. We received rejections quite quickly from the online banks, which was also to be expected according to the financing advisor. There are only a few banks that finance more than 100%, and most of them are indeed the local banks. Our financial advisor then offered us proposals from 2 local banks (not from our house bank, because we had already inquired there ourselves), so we had 3 offers and then chose the financing that suited us best, which was also with the bank through which the house was marketed. Honestly, I can only recommend it because for us the communication between the real estate agent and the financing advisor went very smoothly and we had to take care of very little.
