Buying a house paying out the community of heirs

A payment for the fulfillment of a partial purchase price payment involves more at a bank.

It is certainly not the most highly qualified work, but at least 2 people are involved who must have read and understood the purchase contract at least in parts.

So it involves more than just typing in an account number, even if that is often how it is viewed.

Just for your information, the bank did not charge any fees. As I said, I was not concerned about any minor costs. I just wanted to know how it generally is with payouts from [Erbengemeinschaften]... I find it a bit inappropriate that such comments have to come from some sides.
