The money is not really the main issue right now. The main thing is that [Die Bank] doesn't cause a fuss about the "effort".

That just doesn't add up: Bank strikes over 5 transfers - house purchase impossible :D

And if so, then someone has to firmly put their foot down regarding the heirs... Normally, an inheritance community appoints a (independent) administrator who then gets the authority to "collect" the money. But the heirs probably distrust each other?

Well, here the wheat is separated from the chaff. Probably all banks will do it, but there are supposed to be especially "cheap" direct banks that charge 15 euros each for every order after the 5th one.

Wow, crazy. In such a case, can you have the money transferred to yourself and withdraw it yourself?

Matter of negotiation, the answer will range from yes to no.

As a rule, the bank will not do this, as in return for the payment it receives the mortgage.

Crazy? In a check purchase, 30 or 45 € for administration really don't matter. You should have that amount available and it's not worth mentioning - my opinion!
