Hello,
we (woman 22, son 15 months and I 23) are considering whether we should buy a terraced house, as we are planning a second child and would then of course need a 4 1/2 room apartment. I work in the public service at a municipal utility company and earn 2100€ net basic salary, plus between 300-700€ overtime and receive a 13th and 14th salary. My wife is a housewife and earns about 200-300€ on the side. Equity capital approximately 15000€
At the moment we live in a 3 1/2 room apartment 90sqm 700€ warm.
The fact is that in this city there is no rental apartment under 900€ cold and over 90sqm.
While searching on the internet at immoscout we have already found a new building completed in 2013, terraced house, 120sqm, 100sqm garden, turnkey for 210000€
