Buy a property without evening sun - What would you do?

Would not buy. Sounds like a shady spot!

We have here in our community 3 similar plots. The forest as well as the gardens are in the south. There it is dark all year round. or shady in the garden.

In the south, there isn’t really forest here, but quite a lot of evergreens. Especially the conifers directly on the property will heavily shade the back third. The garden there will become quite mossy, and strawberries or tomatoes will not grow there either. More likely gooseberries and rhododendrons.

I don’t find it bad, but it depends a lot on the type. Some like it, others don’t.

I wouldn’t mind a shady garden. Preferably forest instead of walls/high buildings etc....
