We were initially a bit skeptical as we also had a recirculation hood in our previous apartment.

Thanks to the recirculation hood and the [DIBT certified stove], we did not have to install either a window contact switch or a differential pressure monitor for the controlled residential ventilation.

The individual components are coordinated with each other and really work well.

Regards,

Dirk

I'm just looking - over 2000 euros... complete madness.

Well, there's still some time...

I'm really curious how that works...

We also use recirculated air, the only thing that bothers me is the noise (wasn't that expensive either...).

To Lexmaul79

Did you simply concrete in the underground cable?

I didn't dare to do that

And no separation layer between the masonry and the filigree slab?

They are not underground cables, but special concrete cables - quite expensive, but no hassle with the protective sheath...

What do you mean by separation layer? What should it be for?

:

Our selected fireplace is not DIBT-certified and the chimney sweep wanted a pressure gauge anyway - so we had more options and in the end it's also cheaper
