That's right. Basically, one can say that a higher ceiling or an open gable can quickly also appear uncomfortable, especially if the room size does not grow accordingly. If the ceiling height is higher than the room width, one has achieved rather the opposite of spaciousness, namely a disproportionate room that appears narrower and smaller, but with an auditorium flair upwards. Open to the top also means that you are not suggested any protection from above, which a ceiling should provide.

Sounds understandable.

In reality, it came across to me exactly the opposite. Even the office of 13 sqm felt more spacious due to the different height.

There is immediately a different impression where you first have to consider where this impression comes from.

The area with the open ceiling was 47-50 sqm.

Otherwise, no one builds a bungalow with an open gable here?

[emoji53] if so, I kindly ask for impressions if possible [emoji16]

What deeper meaning does the overlapping of the skylight or the roof window have?

I was able to run through the profile and am now adjusting it to the windows when setting the panels. This makes my work easier.
