The kitchen is small, the little chairs are tiny. I would probably orient the house entrance more towards the street, also to save a bit of hallway space. I also like the bare gable sides less. What is the marked stuff in the HAR, are all clearance areas for maintenance personnel taken into account? Why bungalow, if two full floors are allowed? Where should storage space be available?

Long, narrow, dark hallway that takes up an insane amount of space.

No coat rack
What is all drawn in the [Technikraum]?
Where will suitcases, decorations, food, and so on be stored?

Move the study door to the left so that the closet fits behind it.

Bedroom
Draw a bed of 1.8x2 m + bed frame.

Kitchen
Do you really want only a 3 m kitchen unit? Such a small unit is found in 40 sqm studio apartments.
Plus this mini dining corner that is more spacious even in caravans.
The bungalow is too small for 2 dining places.

Children’s room between living and dining is very unfavorable.

Entrance centered
Plan a 2nd terrace on the south side.

You have no storage space at all. Plan a staircase for the attic.

Why are you cramming everything into a bungalow?

This is an apartment floor plan, not a house design. Be warned, stay away from it 7nd look for Eic/ someone who will take care of your planning. In case of emergency, modular houses as bungalows will also do, there are nice ones that work well.

The north cross is incorrect ... west and east are swapped.

Generally very strange door positions, e.g. also right next to the head in the parents' bedroom.

Why an entrance on the side?

The terrace is reliably in the shade on long summer evenings.

Kitchen ... it seems you have zero, zero requirements there.
