where do you read 40sqm for the bedroom....??
I thought I also wrote parents' area, as I meant it... scrolling back is difficult on the phone.
Of course, the professionals come into play here. But since quite a few preliminary drafts have already ended up in the bin by now, I at least wanted to have the rough framework set.
Otherwise, it's going to be something else: apart from the fact that the entire last part of the questionnaire is not filled out, I wouldn't discuss the amateur draft now, only one from a professional. Here, one would have to start from zero – no structural engineering, no real walls, ... and without a budget it's just a castle in the air anyway.
You go to the professional with written-down needs and wishes – the architect plans a house from these wishes together with the development plan.
The problem with floor plans for bungalows on the net is usually that the living spaces often lie significantly below the area we are aiming for – and quickly integrating 2 rooms or 40-50sqm more into such a floor plan is unfortunately not easy either. But I continue to look.
Because on the net only free standard drafts for standard families are published – and in the end it always comes down to budget and the development plan, which you distort a bit here
Are there problems with the kids' rooms if they face north?
Yes, children can wither.
I say and ask it like this: why the house and garage to the west?
Why the living area facing the street? Why the children in the north?
Also, the other things are somewhat thoughtless, let's just take the sofa seating area, from which you can almost look straight into the cooking pot without detours.
I advise you simply to answer the rest of the questionnaire again for yourself and then consult an architect. Leave your draft on the hard drive.
