After we have now spoken again with the site manager, she will also make a simplified version of an execution plan. She will enlarge the sections from the approval planning (1:100) and then draw details for specific trades. We regularly meet and will certainly discuss and define details before execution (e.g., exact window arrangement, electrical, sanitary, etc.). Of course, we will have to clarify a lot and regularly with her, but that is not a problem for us.

As said, since the architect and especially the structural engineer work extremely slowly and unsatisfactorily, it is out of the question for us to give them a five-figure amount again and then be even more dissatisfied.

Have a look to ensure that when you have plans drawn in stages, the most current one is always on the construction site. It was not the case with our basement and a window was installed 10 cm incorrectly. It was not a big issue and also worked with the incorrect position, but different plan versions definitely increase the likelihood of errors.

That would also be advisable with "complete" precast ceilings, so I do not see this as a peculiarity of the "filigree ceilings".

That is a viable approach and should be sufficient; one should not measure from drawings anyway, so when copying (or printing with margins), a scale of 1:52 may also occur.

I would be interested to know how the matter turned out.
