Addendum: By the way, they have a really beautiful bungalow with a cathedral ceiling. That was our favorite. Furthermore, with the company I mentioned, the prices in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern or Saxony are considerably cheaper than in Baden-Württemberg or elsewhere. Good luck.

If the plot is located more in the Klützer Winkel and not towards Rostock, Mr. Ramm, Garantbau Stockelsdorf, would probably take it on as well. That would then be a classic stone-on-stone house at a fair price. His reputation is good.

Who do you consider the top dog? Town & Country apparently had (about a dozen years ago) a partnership with Weberhaus.

We are actually already looking for plots a bit further out of the city, but still not too far from the two highways here. We already have something in sight.

How expensive are the plots? How much does the one you have in mind cost?

I know that the price only includes the house, without flooring and without masonry work. What about the underfloor heating? Bathroom furniture/laundry room? Connections in the kitchen? Sockets/light switches? Does all that cost extra? How much roughly do you have to add to finish the terrace/carport/lawn?

Underfloor heating is almost always extra with the cheap ones, furniture? Not at all. Of course, there are connections and sockets, but only the necessary ones. There are usually very few sockets. It includes (almost) everything that a house needs to exist. Front door, every living area has a window, roof, foundation slab, plaster and screed... Heating too.

Terrace in the cheap plus splash guard plus gravel as driveway, roughly 10,000€. Carport is available from 199€. But you would also have to plan another 200€ for assembly, holders, and concrete.
