Building with a work contract/service contract or without?!

Hi!

That cannot be generalized. In our area, the foundation costs, or rather the additional foundation costs beyond the contractually covered terms, ranged between 5,000 and 25,000 euros. The building application, on the other hand, actually cost 50 euros :D!

Additionally, one should differentiate between the offered and an external construction management/supervision. What value can it have if the company supervises itself?

Regarding the architect's service, it is similar. A standard is pulled out of the drawer and you then get to revise it. An architect’s house often looks different – but you never really know how much it will cost.

I somehow don't understand the whole context. You always conclude a contract for work when you build. Either with a construction company, a property developer, or the individual trades. And what exactly is supposed to cost 25,000 EUR or what exactly is that for? If you plan with a property developer, there is a house and a price for it, as well as a corresponding construction service description that states which services are included in the house price and which are not. Somehow everything is very unclear...
