we have our awning from Erhardt. I am also satisfied with it. Otherwise, I can only agree with the other comments. Such an awning does cost something and you should clearly know what you want. Electric motor or not. With valance or rather without?

I think you should actually get good advice from a manufacturer of your choice about things you might not know yet. Although sometimes two different opinions can't hurt either ;)

We bought our awning this year, from Rollo Rieper. The selection was huge, at fair prices. It was described which mounting material is needed for which wall structure, and you could then order it accordingly.

We are basically very satisfied with our full cassette awning (operated by crank), but it is no longer helpful from a certain sun position because it cannot be adjusted. For us, this is not a problem, since we usually do not sit on the terrace all day anyway, but if you have different needs, you would have to see whether this is acceptable for you or whether a adjustable large cantilever umbrella or something similar would be more suitable for you.

Regarding the price expectation: Our full cassette awning, crank-operated, 5m wide, 3m projection, cost about 1,500 euros without installation!
