Building site, how do you see the chances?

Schnallenäcker 3 is coming. Due to Bosch and the S-Bahn, probably nothing under 500 will go there - and you also have to like the development there. Schnallenäcker 2 was, I think, slightly under 500 with an "open" upper limit - the plots from private hands went for significantly higher.

Today we received the information that most places have already been allocated to local residents. The few remaining available places will now be allocated according to the order in which the declarations of interest were received. We are apparently far back in the queue.

This allocation procedure is so not transparent.
Really sad that there are no transparent and fair allocation guidelines for such allocations. Everything else is regulated in Germany.

So now we are back to square one and searching again.
