Hello everyone,

I am completely new here in the forum and would need your advice.

We have a plot of land available on which we want to build. Not a prefab house! It must be individually planned because there is already a house on the property and only limited space is available. It should be a single-family house of about 130 sqm.

We would like a company that provides the architect, structural engineer, carries out the construction implementation, etc. Basically an all-around package from planning to execution!
Can anyone recommend such a company or several companies that also operate in Hamburg?

We currently have no idea how to start with the planning.

Thank you in advance.

Yes. I can do that. Kage in Hohenlockstedt near Itzehoe. Already quite large. Can do custom work. Stoll in Schleswig Schuby also has a Hamburg branch. Also quite large. Can do custom work too. Team Massiv in Büdelsdorf, the real price breaker, but probably packed with orders up to the collar. More standard if something fits... I think three are enough for now.

Depends a bit on whether you want a more affordable or upscale provider. Otherwise, here are a few contenders, all of which offer individual planning:

- Elbe-Haus
- Roth Massivhaus
- Breyer und Seck
- Eco System Haus
- Viebrockhaus
- Haus Compagnie

Just take a look yourselves and get a feel for which type of provider suits you.

If you want to build in southern Hamburg, also take a look at Wito from Buchholz or Mittelstädt Haus from Himmelpforten. Mittelstädt was our favorite and I have to say, everything was smooth and from a single source. I was really apprehensive about the topic of building a house, but it went really well for us and other acquaintances.

Where do you want to build in Hamburg? Approximately?

Best regards, Yvonne

If you don't like prefabricated houses, that's a good reason against it. The fact that there is already a house there, however, is not. Even a building gap and a prefabricated house do not exclude each other.
