Building material selection: Brick or aerated concrete - Sound assessment on the topic

I saw in the plan that some walls are 11cm thick on the inside – is that too thin or "loud" with aerated concrete?

The other thing is, if the house ever needs to be demolished, aerated concrete is expensive hazardous waste, right?

My opinion (known as 11ant Steinemantra) is: better take the material of your second choice and the installers of your first choice as the other way around (or as mathematicians say, point before line).

If he sells structure A:B in a ratio of 60:40, you have the free choice; if it is 90:10, then definitely forget about B. Construction defects are created many times more during installation than in the material.
