My opinion (known as 11ant Steinemantra) is: better take the material of your second choice and the installers of your first choice as the other way around (or as mathematicians say, point before line).
You can find my collected two cents on the topic with the search term "11ant Steinemantra". Simply put, it says: "take the wall structure that your installer can do better". If he sells structure A:B in a ratio of 60:40, you have the free choice; if it is 90:10, then definitely forget about B. Construction defects are created many times more during installation than in the material.
