Under these circumstances, in my opinion, nothing should be blocked at KFW either.
As long as nothing has been signed definitively yet, you should be able to switch without any problems.

Ditto. Applying pressure usually gets me the exact opposite.

Hello,

have you called Ing-Diba and inquired?

I have now done everything through my acquaintance at the insurance. They are switching the KFW loan to the new contract and ING-DiBa automatically expires if you don't sign within 14 days.

We will also part ways with this "advisor"...looking back, I realize how stupid he tried to make me look when I asked if they use plastic pipes for the underfloor heating and he laughed loudly, saying that such things haven't been done for years anymore, only aluminum composite pipes...yet the contract still says plastic and when I wanted to have that changed, a few days later he said on inquiry that plastic pipes would be used after all...apparently the clown doesn't even know what he's selling...

Now the only question is with whom to build? Architect? You read a lot of good but also bad, has quite a few advantages since you determine everything yourself and know exactly what costs what.

Or another general contractor? But which one? Recommendations?

Best regards

Basti

I can't tell you anything about building. You just have financing but no building partner anymore. Also not without............ You have to show your acquaintance or the insurance, for example, a construction service description, right? What happens if you then need more money? Hot topic

Well, on the one hand we still have a bit of equity on the side, and on the other hand we definitely do not want to exceed the amount that was planned now...

How do you want to get financing if you don’t even have a contract or construction partner yet? The banks want to know what you want to build.
