Hello, originally we wanted gray roof tiles, but since those were not allowed, we were suggested Bordeaux red ones. We have now come to terms with the color. Everything is signed. Today the foundation is being poured. Now the construction manager says that the building authority might not approve the color because it is too dark. The decision will be made tomorrow. If we had known earlier that the Bordeaux red ones were not allowed, we probably wouldn’t have built the house at all. Since the Bordeaux red ones were purchased in the purchase contract, I wonder what we can do now if the building authority really doesn’t allow them.

Hello, what can we do if the building authority says that we are not allowed to have the roof tiles in Bordeaux Red? The construction company told us that they are permitted. We probably would not have built the house if we had known beforehand that we are not allowed to use the Bordeaux Red ones. The Bordeaux Red ones are signed off in the purchase contract before the notary. What can we do now if the building authority does not permit them? The construction company sold them to us and said that they are allowed. What rights do we have?

A bit more precision would be helpful and would avoid questions like;
What does the development plan say?
What is known about it? Has the construction company sold or offered it?
"Bordeaux Rot" is probably not the technical term?
And a notary has signed the Bordeaux Reds?

The color, I believe, is not stated in the B plan, but the construction company has the B plan and said that it is okay.

We have everything in writing with the notary, which bricks, which garage, etc., everything was signed with the notary. Everything was sold by the construction company, we did not contract any construction company ourselves.
