We didn't have the B plan, and if it is said that they are allowed, then I rely on that because I am paying for them.

Besides, when building something, you want certain things. If you order a Mercedes in turquoise and then get it in pink, you don’t want to drive it then, do you?

Nothing.

I also do not see – if that is your question – that you can get out of a valid construction contract over a roof tile color for free. Of course, you can cancel at any time, but then you have to bear the costs incurred up to that point.

I assume that the municipality prefers reddish tones in its development plan; Bordeaux is naturally quite dark. Just give the building authority a call!

Rhenish regards

Only your comparison is flawed. If on the street you want to drive on only a certain one is allowed, you won't get on it with the other. You have to find another street.

I just think it's crazy that others make a mistake and I'm supposed to just accept it like that.

I just don’t think it’s fair that others make a mistake and I’m supposed to just accept it. Maybe the heat pump suddenly becomes an oil heating system, am I supposed to accept that too, do we have no rights at all
