First of all, many thanks to , , and !

The preliminary building enquiry was very concrete with building plans, site plans, etc. The above-mentioned sentences were the only ones regarding the topic in the response letter.

I spoke with the caseworker today and discussed the further points as well as the biotope topic.
All topics are cleared or resolved except that regarding the biotope he could not provide any information.
Unfortunately, also no info on what kind of biotope it is.

I will now call department 42 - Nature Conservation tomorrow.
At the same time, I got a contact at LfU Bavaria through an acquaintance, whom I will also contact about this tomorrow.

I will let you know what feedback I receive.

Update 2:
I had a phone call yesterday with the nature conservation authority of the LRA.
The clerk was very nice and is looking for the necessary documents for me.
According to him, it is a traditional orchard meadow, which was included in the biotope mapping from two years ago.
He is now examining this in detail and will give me precise information. He cannot explain why the building authority cannot provide me with this information either.

On the topic of Freiflächengestaltungsplan, he told me that it is no problem to create this myself. Drawing 1:500 and insert the existing condition.
Subsequently, in a second drawing, insert the changes including sealed surfaces, planned hedges, and trees, which is completely sufficient.

Conclusion: Much ado about nothing. Many thanks for your support!
