What nonsense. If I ordered something, I want to get it. A car without a radio still runs, but it is still a defect.

I would also initially keep a low profile there. Of course, the points listed are to be classified as deviations from the construction performance description, but they do not necessarily belong in the category "disaster."

Just wait and see how the developer reacts. You can always bring out the big hammer later, although in this case, in my opinion, it might be a bit exaggerated.

I suspect that, according to your previous experiences with the company, you will probably come to an agreement.

Yes, a defect, but only a small one.

By the way, the comparison with the car is flawed. Appropriate would be the radio in the car that, for example, does not receive wdr4 - annoying, but not suitable for the big hammer.
