Building application is becoming increasingly complicated!

What ridiculous regulations there are in development plans. You can probably do that in areas with 5000 applicants for 10 plots?! You wouldn’t be able to sell a plot with such conditions here...

well, that is of course a good argument. The disadvantages are ultimately not particularly high if you save €20,000+ on the land.

Because there has been no new development area there for many years and they apparently are just honest and set realistic prices. In addition, there is nothing in this village except a pizzeria/ice cream parlor, a corner shop, a kindergarten, and schools! It is very remote but still central (by car).
