Build the ground floor now - upper floor possibly later

Our house, for example, is basically designed so that the bedrooms and bathroom are downstairs, and only half of the living space upstairs can be developed. You can move in downstairs and expand upstairs later. (Offset) shed roofs are particularly suitable for this, but also gable roofs with a very low KS and thus less actual living space. Just make a guest shower toilet upstairs and the rest can then be expanded little by little :)

- that's how I would do it too :) Build the house completely and leave out the interior finishing in the planned 'Kinder-teil' - it can be used perfectly as storage or a craft room. This way, the house also has a higher resale value.
