If the post is seen, read, and answered independently, that is also okay

Evening.

I am now moving into the second year of apprenticeship. I am training to become an automotive saleswoman and will (at least that was assured to me) be taken on afterwards. I can also get that in writing.

My partner's job is more than secure; he has been working at this company for 10 years and also did his training there.

We could save for one or two years, but because of the nerves we’re currently losing here (living in a multi-generational house is simply not recommended! *laughs*) we would like to "get out as quickly as possible" - of course, that can't happen overnight or even in the next few months.

In what way do you mean envision? Regarding the house?
We have printed out a few [plans]. Since we want and can do much of it ourselves, we are satisfied with the shell of the house, so to speak.

We have no equity because we "blew it all."
However, the current situation no longer allows living together.
We are in our early 30s.

Unfortunately, things change in life. And I want my own home and no one who always interferes in my life anymore.

And we are professionally as well as locally settled. My boyfriend has lived here since birth, I moved here and this is where we want to stay, in this little village.

In this situation, you should look for something inexpensive and used. That can then be renovated gradually. Or arrange with the parents-in-law to accumulate equity... You should save anyway from now on, also to see if you have the discipline for the monthly installments.

I also wanted to keep this option open, but my boyfriend won’t go for it – he works in construction himself and sees this every day. His words: Don’t come to me with such rubbish, either new and everything up to a good standard (energy efficiency etc.) or not at all.......
