I found this in our records, we only bought the house ourselves a few years ago.. but the existing houses on the property 176 and 202 are missing in this plan..

Is there a development plan?
Is the sketch roughly to scale?
If both answers are "no," please provide a generous excerpt from the property map (tim-online).
Otherwise, show the development plan and enter measurements into the sketch.
Read §5 Building Code NRW. The condition of the access depends on many factors. In my opinion, you will most likely have to sacrifice the existing garage.
