Build a retaining wall with formwork yourself

But formwork also costs money. And as a layman, constructing formwork to build a retaining wall like that is not that easy.
The cost of concrete (if mixed yourself) is not that much. I estimate that 4-5m³ of concrete fits into the formwork blocks. The m³ of concrete gravel costs about 20 euros. And reinforcement should be sufficient with 100 euros as well.

We have now received an offer. For 2000€ we get everything. Reinforcement is very cheap at 40 euros. Concrete for the foundation (8cbm) 500 euros. The stones hit hard. 1400 euros. They charge 3.6€ per stone. Where could I get stones cheaper that are also any good?

If they now charge 100,- for delivery, you quickly reach the 3.60 of your offer. You could rummage through Ebay Kleinanzeigen again, but there the transport problem also needs to be solved. With 8m³ of concrete and an area of about 12m², that would mean that the foundation is about 66cm thick. That’s substantial. I would do it at least like that too, but with a company and at that price.
Which stones were specified? And in what dimension?

Try the material rather at the next building materials dealer such as [Bauking]. You often get better prices there and delivery is usually not expensive either.
