If you give the swarm intelligence (= us other forum users) the completed questionnaire as a nutrient solution, then we can become productive like a bacterial culture and, in dialogue with you, get closer to your house plan than if we just answer questions here that don’t lead to any tangible result.

That means that so-called timber frame houses don't reach the level of solid houses either!? But why do both cost the same then?

Thanks, I actually had not read that. However, it is quite extensive, and then there are also concerns about just posting it publicly (I might be a bit old-fashioned). - I need to think about it again ...

For the buyer, it doesn't really matter whether the house would last 200, 400, or 600 years.

Because both types of houses are basically equivalent. With solid construction, you could also differentiate according to modular construction, Poroton, sand-lime brick + clinker, etc.
A home builder – you excepted – is not interested in whether their house will still stand in 300 years or only 250. Nor in 100 years. They live in the here and now and want to spend their life or a phase of life in the house. And that usually lasts 10-40 years, which every house can easily withstand without collapsing.

What exactly do you want?

But of course. Nowadays, you can no longer be sure that you can or want to live in it forever.
