Budget Weberhaus two-family house building with basement

Regarding the location, we could imagine Calw or also along the B27 Stuttgart-Tübingen.

Ha, now I also understand why it somehow seemed familiar to me...

As I already wrote in the blog, I would recommend that you make an appointment with "our" consultant in Rheinau or Pforzheim.

My recommendation for the first appointment would be to sacrifice a Saturday or Sunday and drive to Rheinau – there you will get more of an impression of the company than in the pure consulting office in Pforzheim.

At 11 months, that’s just stress.

You built the citylife 600, right? At Weberhaus they list €254,000 "bathroom complete" exclusive.
If I divide the whole by the living area, I get under €1,300. That would be very cheap.

As I have already read, the catalog prices are mostly unrealistic.

we are currently building a custom-designed Weberhaus.

We would have liked the Generation 5.0 200, but it does not fit on our plot - especially the gable orientation is wrong for our building site...

The catalog prices should really only be considered as a guideline - with Weberhaus definitely, as they respond very individually to your wishes.

What still concerns us a bit now is the topic of sound insulation.

By now, there are guidelines for airborne, structure-borne, and impact sound, but when I read the construction and equipment description from Büdenbender

I quote

When installing washing machines / dryers in the attic, vibrations and noises can be transmitted and cause disturbances in other rooms.

I am somewhat irritated.

We are talking about a two-family house.
