BU withholds "confirmation of the builder" for BAFA funding

I am slightly annoyed because we have been chasing this developer document for the Bafa for many weeks now. I have called and emailed countless times, most recently today the colleague on the phone was audibly annoyed (although he had identified himself as the contact person). Ultimately nobody knows anything, apparently there is a person responsible who can fill it out (ridiculous, it is 2 DIN A4 pages, the first page only contains data from us builders), and that person is on vacation this week. At first it was said it would be after the heating system was put into operation, initially we waited, then it was said it could only be filled out after the acceptance, now the acceptance was already 2 weeks ago. No answer as to what the problem is. For us it is about a five-figure amount of money. The BAFA funding was promised to us beforehand, it is even stated in the contract.

What can we do to get this stupid document? We have all the other documents together, including those from the plumber. Has anyone ever had a similar situation?

Then they should prepare themselves well once your lawyer is fully awake if they mess up so that you get it.

I don't have a lawyer and don't feel like getting one either; it should be possible to get them to fill out this form without a lawyer. It's really just an A4 page with 5 fields and a stamp; it shouldn't be that difficult.
Everything else beforehand (application to BAFA, approval of the funding amount, etc.) is already done. Now it's just about the last document, which I need to submit my stack to BAFA and request the payout.

Yes, fill it out and just have them stamp it. Some people simply need everything spoon-fed to them so they can swallow it...

No, it needs a stamp / a signature from the construction company. Since we didn't order the heating system ourselves from the executing specialist contractor, but the construction company did on our behalf. You should google "Bestätigung des Bauträgers BAFA," it's a PDF file, 2 DIN A4 pages that couldn't be simpler.
