Brokerage Contract Agricultural Land

Amen! If you knew what has already been sold by developers in the Stuttgart metropolitan area and then became building land two months later, you would talk about it differently.

Swabian Alb here. We ourselves waited ages for a building plot in a development area that was still in the planning stage. We were even already on a list of interested parties. Shortly before the start of the project, a landowner of the agricultural land suddenly decided that he would rather blackmail the municipality with certain demands before giving up his land for the development area. They did not agree to this, so the development area was abandoned after 2-3 years of preliminary planning. We people from Baden-Württemberg are quite particular, "you don't sell land" ;-) Sometimes even wanted projects fail because of a Swabian "grumbler".
