Unfortunately, there are also different numbers of [Brandschutzschalter]. I have tried to find out what determines how many [Brandschutzschalter] are needed.

I haven’t really found out. What does this depend on or what would you recommend here for a normal installation of a new building?

We have a timber frame house. I was surprised by the number of 25 with 11 rooms and a heat pump. But I am not an electrician either, would probably first have to check how many circuits we actually have.

Large rooms with 2 electrical circuits, small ones with one, possibly the basement washing machine, etc., then you already come to 25. Of course, just a guess.

In my opinion, none of it is law yet....

The question arises whether it is still sensible. I just wonder how electrician a) arrives at 25 and electrician b) at 18 pieces.
