Hello everyone,
building law question:
At the border of our slight sloping plot, we have filled up to street level, as our neighbor has as well. For this, we needed a building permit because the fill at the border exceeds the original ground level by more than 1m.
We plan to place a prefabricated garage on this fill in the foreseeable future (2-3 years); the neighbor has already built a garage on his filled border side.
Question: Do we need a new building permit for our garage on our fill since the original ground level will be exceeded again, or is this possible without a permit within the framework of border construction because the existing fill represents the "new reference level"?
Assumption: The dimensions of our garage comply with the border construction guidelines.
Hope this is understandable. ;)
Best regards
Thomas
