I find these Tupperware-tight houses, which are then "opened" again with ventilation systems or window rebate ventilations, suspicious. I wouldn't be surprised if this method of construction eventually goes down in architectural history as a fad.
Living in the thermos flask,
and wondering about condensation and mold,
and coming home 5 times a day to air out,
and controlled residential ventilation is the holy grail,
how did our ancestors even survive,
pure comedy
The funny thing about this water closet will surely not catch on either. Such a silly hype, walking a bit across the yard has never hurt anyone. Modern nonsense.
