I find these Tupperware-tight houses, which are then "opened" again with ventilation systems or window rebate ventilations, suspicious. I wouldn't be surprised if this method of construction eventually goes down in architectural history as a fad.

I think it is simply the case that one can find a suitable living climate both with and without [Kontrollierte-Wohnraumlüftung], without it having to be judged as extreme in any direction. It always depends on the individual perception of each person. That is what really matters when living, and as long as I feel good with my version, I don't really care what others do for themselves. They are welcome to do exactly what they feel is right for them, as long as they don't try to convert me. This applies equally to all other areas of life.
